Lorena is a growth marketer with over a decade of experience helping Startups and SMEs craft and execute strategies that drive measurable revenue. Her expertise spans the full go-to-market funnel—from defining ideal customer profiles and building account-based programs to running multi-channel campaigns and implementing martech and reporting systems that tie marketing to pipeline.
She blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across paid acquisition, marketing ops, automation, analytics, and conversion tracking. Lorena has managed seven-figure budgets and delivered strong ROI, building scalable, efficient funnels from end to end.
As a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams, she’s aligned sales and marketing, developed annual growth plans tied to revenue goals, and led cross-functional initiatives across product, design, and sales.
Her experience spans both agency and in-house roles, with a focus on B2B SaaS in regulated sectors like healthtech, fintech, and cybersecurity. In every role, her goal remains the same: simplify complex go-to-market challenges, build scalable systems, and deliver predictable, measurable growth.

Michael Harris
Michael is a marketing generalist with over a decade of experience building and developing brands and full-mix strategies, predominantly for SMEs in the health and social care sector. Michael’s expertise stems from an early career in graphic design and copywriting before expanding into integrated campaign strategy. Michael spent the first six years of his career working in the public and private health and social care sectors. From 2019 Michael began taking on consulting work and expanded into property, consumer goods, tourism and legal service providers.
Michael has a particular interest in the development of marketing functions within his client’s businesses and has scoped and recruited marketing teams as well as upskilled existing staff on creative, strategic, innovation and regulatory developments.
In 2020 alongside his freelance work, Michael pursued an interest in the overlap between marketing, strategy and regulatory and legal considerations resulting in his achieving a First Class degree in law before moving on to study the BPC and an LLM.
Michael has also acted as a trustee for multiple charities for whom he has provided marketing and business development advice and support.
